Abstract: The aim of this article is to know how impact of family support and industrial work practice to students work readiness of Vocational Education and Training (VET). In developing countries like Indonesia, unemployment can be a serious problem because it has an impact on economic and sosial conditions. Vocational Education and Training has played a central role in promoting the school to work transition of young people. This research method used in study is by literature study. Data collection is carried out using several reviewing and exploiting articles, journals, the internet and pther relevant sources. This study reviews based on another reseach about family support, industrial practice, work readiness in vocational education trainning, and also the newest issue about impact of that variabel. The result of this article is work readiness is influenced by two factors, internal and eksternal. Family support as one of internal factors and industrial practice as one of eksternal factor research that have contributed. The results of all study suggest that both family status and family support are associated with social cognitive career development outcomes. The contribution of article research to knowledge of how to impact of family support and industrial work practice to students work readiness in VET. On the basis of the conclusions in this research, there are some things that it feels should be done to increase work readiness on students of VHS them on students it is expected that they can follow field Industrial practice with sincerely so that after they had completed their studies feel ready to enter the world of work. Meanwhile things that need to be improved by the teachers, the quality and quantity in monitoring the implementation of field Industrial practice by providing guidance, motivation and see how the capabilities of the students during activities Field Industrial practice.
