Abstract: Paper presents further education of engineering in area of pressure equipment integrity. American Petroleum Institute (API) is the leading organization in the World in this area. Standards API 510 and API 570 for inspection of pressure vessel and pressure piping in operation, and certification of personnel by API Individual Certification Program (ICP) for authorized inspector are presented.
