Abstract: Although the number of children death is so little, due to the complexity of the disease, the unknown course of the disease and the unclear treatment orientation, the family must face the change of life. The family cannot understand the condition, and it is difficult to talk about the dying arrangements of the sick child and make medical decisions. The team faced the dilemma of hospice care promotion, and could not be empathy and skillful explanation, but the use rate of palliative care was significantly related to the quality of life at the end of life. Therefore, every pediatric nursing staff must provide end-time care for children and their families. In November 2017, 32 nurses were only 65.7% correct in the final child care, 56.3% in the education curriculum; only 21.9% in the last half of the year, and only 2.2 points in the end-care children. 5 points), the final child care capacity is only 4.2 points (10 points), and only 46.9% of those who are willing to care for the end children. In March 2018, with the Department of Pediatrics jointly drafted a "Syllabus for Children's Peace and Relief Passport Protection Ability", and organized cross-team cooperation to organize innovative teaching activities for tranquility and hospice palliative care: First, using the "World Cafes Talks" approach to hold "Practical Workshops for End-of-Child Care Teams at Different Stages", with a total of 43 students in various categories, divided into six groups according to the discussion topics, with experts from academic circles and clinical qualifications. The head of the table guides each class of participants to conduct thematic dialogues. The "points" and "links" produced by the students through "listening, reflection and brainstorming" are expressed in the form of "painting, writing or graffiti" in a conceptual way. Finally, the feedbacks before and after the series form an overall consensus report sharing. Second, using the flip-up teaching mode to hold the "end-to-end child care flip-up learning education for team-oriented learning", the students in each category will be divided into three groups, and three children's peace and relaxation multimedia videos will be provided one week before the class. Flip the classroom self-provided situation simulation or demonstration teaching, and then the two experts will give feedback on the clinical application; finally, the two-way sharing of the students. The results showed that the cognitive correct rate of 32 nursing staff in the end of May 2018 increased from 65.7% before teaching to 84.9%, and the confidence level increased from 2.1 points before teaching to 4.4 points (5 points). 4.2 points increased to 7.1 points (10 points), and the willingness to care can be increased from 44.4% before teaching to 87.5%. Due to the remarkable achievements in teaching activities, the teaching activities were recorded as teaching CDs to provide new and in-service pediatric medical staff education training and pediatric nursing interns teaching use, and parallel to the adult oncology ward.
