The characteristics and importance of leadership styles to the process of organizational change are of particular importance for the development of organizational culture. The influence of cultural factors play a crucial role in Kosovar leadership styles. This study aims to test leadership styles and the impact of the correlation between leadership style and organizational culture on the level of employees’ readiness across a range of leadership outcome measures. Organizational change, focused on the dimensions of organizational culture and incorporation into leadership styles, is an important determinant of organizational success. In Kosovo, the concept of organizational culture in relation to Kosovar Leadership has not been properly developed. Effective mechanism for measuring these cultural dimensions needs to be established in relation to leadership styles.
