Abstract: Saudi Arabia announced its ambitious vision of 2030 to reform its society, polity, and economy to fulfill the needs of the 21st century. A special emphasis was given to the people with disabilities. The vision 2030 calls for greater job opportunities for people with disabilities who have the capability to serve the nation. Government chalked out a program to provide monetary assistance to the disabled people, as well as ensuring their access to quality education that harnesses their working skills. All these aims were directed to integrate the disabled people effectively in society. According to the vision 2030, it is expected that more than 15% of the disabled population will be employed in various sectors. The current is designed to explore the progress made on the plan of successful integration of disabled people in the job market. The dataset for this research is collected from people with different disabilities including, physical, hearing and visual impairments. A questionnaire-based interview was conducted across employment based on the education levels and the type of impairments. The research will also determine whether a lack of skills and education or other regulatory issues halt the induction of disabled people in various jobs. Moreover, this research will also explore the benefits of integrating information and communication technologies to assist the excluded segment of society. Thus, the research will provide an insight into the success achieved so far by Saudi Vision 2030 regarding the integration of disabled people into society.
