Abstract: This study will discuss the unique set of characteristics compiled to date about the Z generation. This generation makes up the current wave of students entering college and the job market for the first time, yet only a few articles have been written about this generation. In addition, this study will also compare the Z generation alongside the current four generations already in the workforce and have been the highlight of academic concern regarding motivation, attitude, job satisfaction, performance, etc.
