TEACHER'S SCIENTIFIC ARGUMENTATION OF THE COLLABORATIVE SKILLS OF STUDENTS IN THE APPLICATION OF SELF EFFICACY TEACHING

Abstract: The development of the 21st century requires students to have some skills towards globalization competition such as having the ability to be able to collaborate with others. The development of the learning process that is centered on students or Student Centers should be able to work together with teachers or with their fellow friends. In addition, collaboration can establish a sense of self-efficacy (confidence) of students in expressing opinions to fellow friends, teachers or other people. Collaborative skills are student-centered in the learning process where they can give each other opinions and learn to respect one another in differences of opinion. This study aims to find out how the results of the scientific arguments of the teachers on the collaborative skills of students from the learning process that apply self-efficacy teaching. The method used in this research is descriptive survey method. 100 teachers who have taught in schools respond to this research instrument. The results of this study indicate that teaching using self-efficacy will produce collaborative skills of students in the learning process. Where students can be more confident in expressing opinions in discussions and more able to appreciate the differences of opinion that occur. In addition, the teacher can also know how important it is to foster a sense of self-efficacy among students in the learning process to help prepare preparation skills towards the 21st century.
