The eLearning technologies and rotational synchronous teaching are used to mediate those antecedents and social network awareness and intercultural competence. Whereas traditional blended learning is used to moderate the model. Senior high school teachers are employed in this study. 300s teachers from private and public schools are investigated. Structural equation modeling and hierarchical linear modeling are used to analyze the model. The eLearning technologies are found mediate the model, but rotational synchronous teaching is not significantly mediate the model. The different level of traditional blended learning influences the effect of the antecedent of social network awareness and intercultural competence.
