STUDY OF THE APPLICATION OF SUMMARY BLOOM TAXONOMY METHOD FOR USING LEARNING TO IMPROVE CREATIVE THINKING ABILITY AND TROUBLESHOOTING ABILITY

Abstract: The quality of education is one of the goals that will be achieved in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program which reads "Ensuring quality education that is inclusive and equal and promotes lifelong learning". One effort to improve the quality of education is to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. But the current Indonesian education system, creative thinking skills and problem solving abilities have not received serious attention. So from that the purpose of this scientific work is to find out the application of the Bloom Taxonomy Summary method to learning in improving the ability to think creatively and solve problems and improve the quality of learning. Writing in this scientific work uses library research. The technique of collecting data in scientific works is done by collecting data from various sources such as books, national and international journals. The main types of references used in the literature study are based on the results of studies of various literatures that have been tested for validity, are relevant to the study of writing, and support the discussion or analysis of the discussion. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Bloom Taxonomy Summary was a summarizing method that was adjusted to the principles and indicators of the cognitive domain on Bloom's Taxonomy. The Bloom Taxonomy Summary method can be applied to the learning process in the classroom and as an independent learning material. This method can be applied to all subjects. The application of this method refers to the taxonomic level, students are expected to summarize according to the taxonomic level from the lowest (remembering) to the highest (creating). Through the Bloom Taxonomy Summary method, it is expected to improve the ability to think creatively and solve problems that lead to the increasing quality of education in Indonesia.
