Refund Policy:  

Please note that all ticket fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.

Presenter Ticket Fee includes the following digital materials: 

e-scientific conference program 
e-book 
e-name tag 
e-receipt 
e-certificate for Presenter: Certificate of Attendance and Presentation

Kindly note that above materials will be delivered digitally to each participant via the online conference management system.

Presenter Ticket Fee Important Notes:

1. The Presenter Ticket Fee includes one paper for publication. For additional accepted papers with the same conference code, participants/authors are required to pay a 100 EURO for each supplementary paper publication. Journal paper publication is free of charge. 
2. Please note that Oral and Poster presenters must register as a presenter.
3. Co-authors can register either as a listener or as a presenter. Presentation OR Attendance certificate will be issued depending on the Ticket Fee mode.
4. Please make your own arrangements for all necessary entry visas and documentation (where applicable). For visa application purposes, internationalconference.net provides only a general letter of invitation written in English.

Virtual Presenter: Virtual presentation is a digital conferencing presentation that is made using digital technology including embedded digital elements ( texts, tables, graphs, or videos ) for PowerPoint sharing.

Virtual Presenter Ticket Fee includes the following digital materials:

e-name tag 
e-receipt 
e-certificate for Presenter: Certificate of Presentation

Kindly note that above materials will be delivered digitally to each participant via the online conference management system.

Best Paper Award:

A signed and stamped official award certificate will be sent within three business days after the conference date by email. 

Listener Ticket Fee includes the following digital materials: 

e-scientific conference program 
e-book 
e-name tag 
e-receipt 
e-certificate for Listener: Certificate of Attendance

Kindly note that above materials will be delivered digitally to each listener attendant via the online conference management system.

Listener Invitation Letter:

Visit the conference web site and pay Listener Ticket Fee to get a conference listener invitation letter. Upon confirmation of your payment, a conference listener invitation letter will be issued on the name of the account owner and can be accessed via the online conference management system.

Please make your own arrangements for all necessary entry visas and documentation (where applicable). For visa application purposes, internationalconference.net provides only a general letter of invitation written in English.

Request for other people are not considered at all.

Group Listener Invitation Letter:

All ticketing materials (payment receipt/listener certificate/name tag) will be issued in the name of the account holder. Each member of the group must Sign Up to the internationalconference.net website to get individual documentation via the online conference management system.

Why I Can Not Pay Listener Ticket Fee:

You can not pay the listener ticket fees if the online payment system is not activated for that conference. Thank you for your interest and please visit the internationalconference.net website after the notification of paper acceptance date of the conference.
